No Tea, No Shade - Christmas Jumper Edition

Good morning!! Christmas is sooooo close now, I can almost taste the Christmas dinner and all the chocolate I'm going to eat. I thought I would put a little bit of a different spin on a NTNS post this time and include different Christmas jumpers rather than a celebrity! Enjoyyy!!

Its Christmas jumper season and this one is going to be a pretty long one!! I will be doing a women's and a men's jumper form each chosen brand. So buckle up, grab your cuppa and have a little 10/15min break researching this best Christmas jumpers for this year!

Disclaimer: I am by no means going out of my way to be nasty or spread hate about any of these bands  this series is something that I enjoy and do not intend to hurt anyone's feelings. All images used are from the brands webpages and I will be including the links.

River Island (Women's):
To say I was disappointed with the Woman's selection of 'Christmas' jumpers on the River Island website is an understatement. Theres was a tab specifically for Christmas jumpers and out of the 8 jumpers this is the only one that could kind of be classed as a Christmas jumper but then again it really isn't! Although this isn't a Christmas jumper it is definitely a a gorgeous cut and style with a cute saying on. I just don't think I can call this as a Christmas Jumper. Please step up your game River Island!!

I was going to be including a mens choice also but the mens selection is even worse than the women's if that is even possible!!

Now New Look know how to do Christmas jumpers!! How cute are the little gingerbread men and the candy canes! For me this is like the typical traditional Christmas jumper yet its pretty damn fashionable! At just £15 I feel like this is reasonably priced and well worth the money. However, this is a knitted Christmas jumper and I feel like a knitted jumper tends to make you too hot and sweat a lot so I prefer a sweater material but thats just personal preference.
The Men's selection of jumpers were just as good, if not better than the women's. The men's had a lot of slogan style jumpers but again no sweater style, they were all knit. This was probably my favourite, it was a slogan without being too cringe and the cute spotty background helps the Christmas pudding to blend in a little. So all in all I feel like this is a pretty cute, subtle take on a slogan Christmas jumper.

This jumper is probably my all time favourite Christmas jumper! I don't think I have ever seen anything like it, its taken a UNICORN and made is Christmas-y. How crazy is that! The red on the grey background stands out and the holographic unicorn just adds to the magic of this Christmas jumper.  Probably the best thing about this jumper is that it is a sweater material! IT HAS MY FAVOURITE THING ON AND IS ALSO A SWEATER! What more could I want?! Maybe a bit of glitter but I can live with not glitter.
ASDA is definitely pulling all the stops out this year. Not only are they home to my favourite women's Christmas jumper this year but the men's are great as well! Can we just appreciate this elf hooded elf jumper, jingle bells and all! I absolutely love it and can't decide if I want this or the unicorn one for my Christmas jumper night out! The only down fall again is that it is knitted...

I hope you have enjoyed reading this post as much as I have writing it! Do you wear a Christmas jumper on Christmas Day or have any nights out planned?

Much love,
Niamh xx
